Subscriptions: cancel anytime, always free
Cancelling a Curvelle subscription is always free. There is no cancellation fee, no minimum commitment, and no penalty — cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. See Cancel or Manage Your Subscription for one-minute instructions, or email support@trycurvelle.com and we'll take care of it within 1 business day.
Cancelling a one-time order before it ships
We process and package orders quickly — often within hours. If you need to cancel a one-time order that has already been placed but not yet delivered, a $2.00 processing fee is deducted from the refund to cover recalling the package from fulfillment. Example: cancelling a $25.00 order refunds $23.00.
- This fee applies only to cancelling an individual order already in fulfillment. It never applies to cancelling a subscription.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- To request an order cancellation, email support@trycurvelle.com with your order number as soon as possible.
After delivery
Once an order has been delivered, our Refund Policy applies instead.
