This policy explains how the Curvelle Subscribe & Save program works — billing, delivery, changes, and cancellation. We designed it to be simple: real savings, total flexibility, and no strings attached.
What you get
- 30% off your first subscription order and every refill after it.
- Automatic delivery every 30 days so you never run out.
- Full flexibility — skip a delivery, pause, change products or quantity, or cancel at any time.
- Your subscriber price is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active.
Billing & delivery
- Your subscription bills and ships every 30 days, charged to the payment method you used at checkout.
- Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout on each order.
- You'll receive an order confirmation email each cycle, and you can see your next order date anytime in your account.
Cancelling — anytime, free
There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee for subscriptions. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Two ways:
- Log in to your account with the email you ordered with (we email you a one-time code — no password needed), open Subscriptions, and select Cancel Subscription.
- Email support@trycurvelle.com and we'll cancel for you within 1 business day.

Refunds
Subscription orders that have already shipped are covered by our standard Refund Policy.
