Refund Policy
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Starting Your Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@mrs-shroom.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide detailed instructions for sending your package back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns attempted after this period cannot be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Responsibility
All costs associated with return shipping are the customer's responsibility. This applies to size changes, color exchanges, or if you have simply changed your mind.
Returns must be shipped to our designated return facility in China as directed in your return instructions. The only exception is for items received damaged due to our error—in such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Product Issues
We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive incorrect items, please contact support@mrs-shroom.com right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Customization Errors
In the rare event of an error with your product's customization, you qualify for a complimentary replacement at no additional expense. While such mistakes are uncommon, they can happen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you reach out to arrange your replacement.
Delivery Problems
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, replacements will only be sent after the shipping fee has been repaid. For delivery failures not related to address errors, we will provide a free replacement without additional charges.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned, including custom or personalized items. If you have questions about return eligibility for specific products, please contact our support team.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to European Union countries, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund process.
